WHAT EXACTLY DO WE DO?
RESPEC COMPANY, LLC offers Flood Early Warning Systems (FEWS) Technology Solution Products and Related Services, through this Contract. RESPEC offers technical services including Program and Project Management, GIS related services for FEWS projects, Remote Sensing Program Management, Analysis, etc. Customers can purchase directly through this DIR contract. Contracts may be used by state and local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state. Resellers are not available on this contract.

Under the FEWS Contract DIR-CPO-6196, RESPEC can offer services related to:
Senior Manager - Escalation and project support
GIS Program Manager - GIS program leadership, delivery oversight, staffing coordination, budget and schedule management and client escalation.
Remote Sensing Program Manager - Remote sensing strategy, collection oversight & planning, QA/QC leadership, GIS integration and technical guidance.
Flooding Program Manager - Strategic and emergency oversight.
Senior Water Project Manager - Flood response leadership, program oversight, priority coordination, stakeholder communication and rapid deliverables management.
Senior Software Project Manager - Software delivery, scope management, cross-team coordination and schedule oversight.
Senior GIS Project Manager - Enterprise GIS architecture, delivery and resource coordination, standards governance and schedule oversight.
Senior Scientist / Subject Matter Expert - Staff with in-depth scientific subject matter understanding to advise to projects.
Watershed Scientist - H&H Model planning, creation, execution, and results preparation.
Associate Watershed Scientist - H&H Model calibration, volumetrics, mass balance, atmospheric science
Senior GIS Consultant - Advanced analysis, solution architecture, data modeling, technical leadership and training delivery.
GIS Consultant - Data processing, mapping support, geodatabase maintenance, workflow assistance and QA/QC tasks.
Associate GIS Consultant - Scripting and automation of geoprocesses, software testing, configuration support, documentation and user assistance.
Technician - Routine H&H Model, GIS editing, CAD preparation, spatial analysis, field data integration and map production.
UAV Pilot - Drone-based flight execution, safety checks, aerial survey operations, data acquisition and compliance reporting.
Field Technician - On-site data gathering, GCP placement, field verification, equipment setup, support tasks, visual observer per FAA part 107.
Software Consultant - Solution architecture, software selection, system integration, automation design, technical consulting, advisory and integration.
Associate Software Consultant - Application support, configuration assistance, script writing, testing, user guidance and integration.
Deployment Local Mobilization (<100 miles) - Company equipment charges, deployment time and logistics management
Deployment Regional Mobilization (<250 miles) - Company equipment charges, extended deployment time and logistics management.
Deployment Remote Worksite Mobilization (>250 miles) – Company equipment charges, extended deployment time and logistics management.
UAV LiDAR Mobilization - Specialized equipment preparation, transport, calibration, LiDAR deployment, pre-flight setup and maintenance coverage.
UAV Day Use Fee - Mobilization Daily UAV mobilization and use, safety procedures, maintenance coverage, insurance costs, and battery cycles
Data Processing - Advanced Cloud Processing Fee /Secure cloud based deployment and integration with GIS software for data post-processing
Data Storage - Data Storage and Distribution /Secure cloud hosted data storage, allocation, backup retention, deliverable packaging, client access management

Instructions for Obtaining Quotes and Placing Purchase Orders
To obtain a quote from RESPEC, please contact our sales representative with the authorized Statement of Work. Once our representative receives and reviews the Statement of Work, they will contact you to discuss the project. After RESPEC and the client agree that this is a project we can execute together, RESPEC will provide a timely quote.
For purchase orders,
Generate a purchase order made payable to RESPEC and you must reference the DIR Contract Number DIR-CPO-6196 on your purchase order.
E-mail or fax your purchase order and quote form to your designated vendor sales representative.
